Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Regional Business Manager to lead and coach a high-performing sales team focused on delivering results within the healthcare sector. In this remote US role, you will develop and execute regional business plans, oversee customer engagement strategies, and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and compliance.
- Recruit, train, and support team members to meet or exceed product and strategy training requirements.
- Establish clear performance goals and provide continuous feedback through field visits and performance reviews.
- Analyze regional market dynamics to identify business opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and execute regional business plans that align with national sales strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders such as Managed Markets, Medical Affairs, and Sales Operations.
- Monitor and report on regional KPIs and implement strategic adjustments as needed.
- Ensure ethical and compliant behavior in all customer interactions and internal operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
- At least 3 years of field sales management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven success in developing and executing localized business plans.
- Experience working with KOLs, managed care, and organized customer groups.
- Ability to interpret market data, assess performance metrics, and drive business outcomes.
- High level of adaptability, resilience, and initiative.
- Willingness to travel overnight as required.
