What You'll Do
Develop and execute a regional strategy to grow market presence and support sustainable business expansion in Greater Cincinnati. Build new client partnerships that increase visibility and contribute to revenue growth, while deepening relationships with existing accounts to maximize collaboration and long-term success.
Collect and analyze market insights to identify high-potential opportunities and inform strategic planning. Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of value across all client interactions and align efforts with regional goals.
Requirements
Applicants should hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in business development is required, with a demonstrated record of sales achievement and professional growth.
Proficiency with CRM systems is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are necessary to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. A collaborative mindset and commitment to team-based results are key to success in this role.
