Regional Business Development Manager – Cincinnati
Position Overview
This role is responsible for shaping and executing business development strategy across the Greater Cincinnati region. Based locally with a hybrid work arrangement, the manager will identify new market opportunities, strengthen client engagement, and support sustainable growth aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a regional business development strategy to support long-term market presence and revenue expansion.
- Build relationships with new clients to increase visibility and open pathways for growth.
- Deepen connections with existing clients to uncover additional opportunities and strengthen partnership value.
- Collect and analyze market insights to guide outreach efforts and prioritize target segments.
- Lead internal coordination to ensure consistent delivery of the organization’s value proposition across client interactions.
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, communications, engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales-focused roles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking client interactions and managing pipelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on team-based achievement.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets and advancing within a professional setting.
