CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Alliances Manager, Healthcare East to design, build, and implement a successful channel strategy focused on the healthcare sector. Success in this remote role hinges on building relationships with existing partners, recruiting new ones, and growing business opportunities and deal registrations through the Alliance and Referral channels.
What You'll Do
- Identify, recruit, and collaborate with partners on engagement, launches, and enablement, including delivering sales, product, and support training.
- Coordinate with a Channel Sales Engineer on technical enablement for relevant partners.
- Develop a technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales strategy for the territory.
- Support and facilitate engagement between internal sales/technical teams and partners’ sales/technical teams.
- Strategize and coordinate with field marketing on designing and executing marketing programs, events, and campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners’ customers.
- Develop a business plan outlining how target revenues and yearly objectives will be achieved.
- Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of the industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, and the competitive landscape.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, value proposition, and competition.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Handle other projects and duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- University/College degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment.
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
- Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative.
- Capable of hands-on problem solving as well as generating ideas and solutions.
- Comfortable with problem solving and conflict management.
- New partner development experience.
- Experience with decision makers within current relationships in the Channel.
- Ability to communicate with partners at all levels—from sales rep to C-level and business owner.
- Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or within a team.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Previous sales experience in the information security space.
- Strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies.
- Experience working with Solution Providers focused in the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Civilian Agencies.
