Requirements
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of acquisition, monetization, and digital marketing principles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM (emails, push, in-app, WhatsApp, and SMS), lifecycle marketing, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with global and regional campaign management, experimentation, and CRO methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing and executing global and regional marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in following and developing playbooks, documentation, and reporting frameworks that drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in CRM campaigns end-to-end execution.
Nice to Have
- Braze knowledge will be considered a plus.
