Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact between the brand, broker, and retailer teams for buying and marketing initiatives.
- Lead line review processes, product setup, and updates to product assortments.
- Manage planning and execution of in-store promotions with precise coordination across operations, supply chain, and marketing.
- Supervise digital marketing efforts on retailer media platforms to enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal marketing to align digital campaigns—such as email, social media, search, influencer, and TikTok—with in-store goals.
- Create and implement strategies for off-shelf displays and alternate product placements to increase sales volume.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with retail buyers by delivering actionable, data-backed insights to expand category performance.
- Work closely with demand planning and operations teams to maintain accurate forecasts and reliable delivery timelines.
- Evaluate performance data, track key metrics, and uncover opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
