Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is hiring a Regional Account Manager for its Diagnostic Solutions team. This is a field-based role covering the South West and Wales regions of the UK, where you will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year territory plan.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promote BD Diagnostic Solutions within the territory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Identify and engage appropriate cross-functional resources.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Lead and coordinate local installation projects.
- Achieve annual sales targets and drive profitable growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, with a focus on Microbiology and Molecular diagnostics.
- Demonstrated track record of consistent sales success and territory growth.
- Strong history of building positive relationships with key stakeholders across NHS Pathology and Clinical Services.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%, maximizing effective selling time.
- Hands-on experience in pre-sales, tendering, contracting, and implementation within NHS Pathology Services.
- Solid understanding of NHS purchasing pathways and broader healthcare procurement processes.

- Salary range: £42,000.00 - £71,400.00 GBP annually.
