About the Role

Flock Safety is hiring a Regional Account Executive to drive sales of our public safety platform to the public sector across North Carolina. You will own a territory, responsible for demand generation, forging partnerships, and managing the full sales cycle.

What You'll Do

  • Own demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle software sales for a single market.
  • Develop new business within a defined territory using outbound sales strategies.
  • Become the subject matter expert for clients on Flock's technical products.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the product.
  • Solve customer problems using a consultative sales approach.
  • Build territory and drive pipeline through outbound efforts, law enforcement referrals, and territory management.
  • Create and close opportunities with new logos.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting.
  • Participate in customer success manager calls and internal cross-functional meetings.
  • Meet with current customers, community liaison officers, and dispatchers for ride-alongs.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience.
  • Emphasis on outside/field software sales.
  • Self-starter mentality with willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results.
  • Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory.
  • Ability to quickly digest and learn technical products.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Energized by solving customer's problems using a consultative sales approach.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, data-driven sales environment.
  • Must live local to the North Carolina territory.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 50% during peak seasons.

Nice to Have

  • Startup experience is a plus.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the growing Public Sector sales team, reporting to a Director.

Work Mode
