Flock Safety is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive growth by owning a single market. In this role, you’ll be responsible for demand generation, partnerships, and managing the full sales cycle for our public safety software. This is a 100% remote field sales position that requires up to 50% regional travel during peak seasons.
What You'll Do
- Own demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle software sales within a single market.
- Develop new business within a defined territory using outbound sales strategies.
- Drive pipeline through outbound activity, law enforcement referrals, and territory management.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and weekly/bi-weekly check-ins with the Director and cross-functional teams.
- Complete meetings with net new logos, create 20+ opportunities, and close 7 deals.
- Meet with current customers, community liaison officers, and dispatchers for ride-alongs and relationship building.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience.
- Emphasis on outside/field software sales.
- Self-starter mentality with willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results.
- Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business.
- Ability to quickly digest and learn technical products and become a subject matter expert.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Energized by solving customer's problems using a consultative sales approach.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, data-driven sales environment.
- Must live local to the Michigan territory.

- Startup experience is a plus.

You'll be part of the Public Sector sales team reporting to a Director. We are results-oriented with 90 day plans, supportive in optimizing the remote experience, and foster a positive and inclusive environment where a bias towards action is rewarded.
