About the Role

Olaplex is hiring a Regional Account Executive to drive business growth, market share, and brand awareness across a designated North American region. You will develop and execute strategic plans, focusing on supporting key retail partners through in-store execution, education, and event management.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute strategic quarterly business plans to maximize sales and growth across assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals established by the company.
  • Identify and create tailored education, event, and activation opportunities.
  • Customize in-store strategies based on territory performance, store needs, and market trends.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with store leadership, district managers, beauty advisors, and stylist teams.
  • Serve as the Olaplex brand authority, ensuring best-in-class product knowledge, merchandising, and execution.
  • Lead a “train-the-trainer” approach to empower in-store teams.
  • Host and manage weekly in-store events, product launches, and seasonal activations.
  • Conduct side-by-side selling with retail teams to support sales goals.
  • Facilitate formal and express training sessions on brand DNA and product benefits.
  • Strategically manage and coach freelance educator teams within allocated budgets.
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
  • Conduct effective in-store business meetings and reviews with retail partners.
  • Ensure brand merchandising and marketing standards are consistently met.
  • Track, recap, and report on business performance, field activity, and competitive insights weekly.
  • Oversee travel and expense budgets, ensuring compliant use of resources.
  • Maintain up-to-date scheduling calendars for yourself and freelance teams.
  • Cultivate exceptional retail relationships to build brand presence and advocacy.
  • Partner closely with Sephora, ULTA, and other retail field leaders to align initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment with in-store teams and freelance staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be in market 90% of the time with 40-50% overnight travel.
  • Ability to travel by car or public transportation; mileage and expenses reimbursed.
  • Job requires 5 days a week in-store support with two full office days per month.
  • Weekends are required; one weekend off per month.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for a minimum of 6+ hours daily.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
  • 3+ years in field sales, account executive, or retail leadership, preferably in prestige beauty or haircare.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals, executing events, and leading in-store training.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze reports and pivot strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
  • Passion for beauty, sales, education, and thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
