About the Role

The Regional Account Director, SOLA at SecurityScorecard will lead sales initiatives across the Southern LATAM region, specifically targeting large enterprise clients in Chile, Peru, and Argentina. Reporting to the VP of Sales, LATAM, this role is central to expanding the company's footprint by engaging senior decision-makers in Information Security & Risk teams and driving new business through strategic outreach and relationship development.

What You'll Do

  • Manage sales strategy and territory plan for penetrating and closing net new opportunities in large enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain strong ties with up, down and across target organizations
  • Develop, initiate and execute sales plan for individual target accounts
  • Provide weekly opportunity status updates and accurate forecast to management
  • Consistently exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Partner closely with Channel partners and Channel Account Managers to drive net pipeline growth and accelerate deal velocity

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity software sales, with a focus on hunter roles, new customer acquisition, and pipeline growth
  • Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue
  • Strong network of established relationships with key industry contacts in the assigned territory
  • Proven track record of quota achievement
  • Understands record keeping, sales process, sales methodologies (MEDDIC, etc)
  • Driven and competitive
  • Effective verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
  • Candidates must be based in Chile or Argentina

Join a top performing sales team of individual contributors with shared company goals, composed of a mixture of sales veterans and rising enterprise sales stars. The role reports to the VP, Sales, LATAM.

Work Mode

Local-country role based in Chile or Argentina, with 30-40% travel required to meet clients and support business development across the Southern LATAM region.
