Responsibilities
- Process new patient referral requests across various medical specialties
- Verify insurance and eligibility information for referred patients

- Communicate referral status updates to referring and receiving providers
- Resolve referral-related issues in collaboration with care teams

- Support timely documentation and authorization processes

- Respond to internal and external inquiries about referral status
