At Drees & Sommer SE, you will join our international HR team as a Referent / Assistenz (w/m/d) Internationales. This part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) provides crucial administrative support and coordination, ensuring smooth workflows across our international HR operations. You will act as a key communicator and project contributor within a dynamic, supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide competent administrative support to the Head of HR Business Partner International and HRBPs in respective countries.
- Independently create presentations, statistics, analyses, and decision templates in German and English.
- Dispatch contract documents and monitor internal process flows.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure HR processes and knowledge management.
- Support the annual calibration process as well as salary and bonus rounds.
- Take responsibility for demanding projects in the international HR environment, including transformation support, organizational development, strategic talent management, and introduction of new tools.
- Participate in organizing and preparing events as well as coordinating appointments including their preparation and follow-up.
- Support the on- and off-boarding of employees, including all upstream and downstream processes.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial training/degree or comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an assistant/officer in an HR environment.
- Proficient handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Independent, careful, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Empathy and trustworthiness, integrity and a high degree of discretion and tact for personnel matters.
- Very good German and English skills (both at least C1) spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, organizational talent and analytical approach.
