Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates using various platforms including job boards, sourcing tools, and social media networks
- Carry out candidate interviews, screening processes, and onboarding across multiple roles, ensuring alignment between qualifications and position requirements
- Oversee early-stage candidate evaluation by confirming professional references, work history, and issuing formal job offers to maintain high hiring standards
- Maintain accurate and current records in the Applicant Tracking System, including candidate progress, onboarding status, and pipeline data, while keeping relevant team members informed
- Collaborate with sourcing and talent acquisition teams to expand and refine strategies for attracting large numbers of qualified applicants
- Provide candidates with clear explanations of job duties, performance expectations, and daily work procedures
- Recognize and act on ways to enhance recruitment processes, talent pool development, sourcing techniques, and onboarding efficiency
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders about the status of talent acquisition efforts for assigned accounts
