Wilson is hiring a Recruitment Operations Manager to serve as a strategic, client-facing partner. In this remote role based in Mexico, you will lead a team of Recruiters, focusing on surpassing performance goals and enhancing year-over-year results.
What You'll Do
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of Recruiters, building out performance improvement plans as needed.
- Lead the team to drive performance results across assigned accounts.
- Act as a consultative partner by knowing the labor market and client's industry to advise on sourcing strategies.
- Set daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals, building individual recruiter equations and making agile adjustments.
- Handle all direct employee processes, including performance management, appraisals, and development planning.
- Own comprehensive reporting for Sr Leadership.
- Maintain a full understanding of contract details, P&L, and account logistics to direct team focus.
- Ensure the team is educated on their metrics, SLAs, and the impacts of meeting or missing targets.
- Strategically forecast resourcing needs and requisition assignments to maintain top-level customer service.
- Assess client satisfaction, responding with urgency and taking steps to ensure high productivity.
- Champion a strong culture across the team.
- Identify and prioritize short and long-term goals for the account and recruiters.
- Maintain data integrity by auditing team metrics and process adherence weekly.
- Determine and communicate weekly goals to sourcing team members.
- Maintain strong partnerships with the CRM team, Sr Leadership, clients, and external partners.
- Report, analyze, and communicate metrics to the team regarding successes, challenges, and opportunities.

- Ability to guide talent attraction through social media, alumni networks, Boolean strings, direct sourcing, and creative methods.
Nice to Have
- Previous and demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in the RPO or Staffing industry.
Team & Environment
You will lead a team of Recruiters and report directly to Sr Leadership.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico.
