Solenis is looking for a Quality Manager - France to ensure the highest quality standards across our raw materials, production, and finished goods. You will play a critical role in maintaining our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, with a strong focus on supplier quality management and driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality and compliance
- Lead supplier and internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards
- Oversee and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track supplier and product quality performance
- Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and procurement teams to address quality issues
- Ensure the quality of finished products meets customer and regulatory requirements
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain and manufacturing processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in supplier quality management and finished product quality assurance
- Experience in ISO 9001, with a deep understanding of audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Fluency in French and English
- Openness to travel within Europe

This role follows a hybrid work schedule and is based in Tours or any location within the Indre-et-Loire department (37).
