CVS Health is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support store management and lead daily operations. This key leadership role ensures store execution drives performance and builds consumer loyalty through a focus on excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store and supervisory staff, ensure operations run smoothly, and complete all opening and closing procedures.
What You'll Do
- Work effectively with store management and store crews.
- Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
- Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promote CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, and thank).
- Handle all customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
- Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching.
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price merchandise and stock shelves.
- Support the planning and execute the displays, signage, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
- Support the planning and execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
What We're Looking For
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Team & Environment
You will support the CVS Store Management team and lead store and supervisory staff when a manager is not onsite.
