Rentokil is hiring a Technical Service Manager to be the subject matter expert in pest control strategies. You will be responsible for developing service delivery protocols and supporting Operations with their implementation. This role supports the resolution of service quality issues through data analysis, site assessments, and coaching, while building the technical knowledge of Operations leaders.

What You'll Do

Proactively monitor service performance against KPIs and problem solve with Operations leaders, National Accounts, and Sales.
Work collaboratively with Branch leaders to resolve service quality issues and coach them to develop front line Technicians.
Develop action plans and SMART goals to improve service quality and monitor execution.
Drive technical improvement to protocols and service delivery processes to improve customer retention, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Identify projects to drive improvements and innovation including people, process, and technology-related projects.
Give input on technical standards and standard operating procedures.
Recommend projects to incorporate industry-leading practices and develop best of breed practices.
Advise and support sales teams in business acquisition and building business relationships.
Participate in industry and market segment trade associations, conferences and symposiums.
Develop publications and presentations to support sales and marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5 years of related structural pest management experience.
2+ years of Structural Pest Management field experience.
1+ years of management experience.
Lawn and ornamental experience.
Strong project management skills.
Strong change management skills.
Written and verbal communication skills, including delivery of formal presentations.
Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate with others under time sensitive conditions.

Nice to Have

Four-year college biological science degree in entomology or related sciences.
Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE.

You will report to the Market Technical Director. Key relationships include Regional Directors, Branch Managers, Operations Managers, National Account Executives, Strategic Account Managers, Product & Innovation Managers, SHE Regional Managers, and Service Quality Managers.
