Centene Management Company LLC is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management to lead a team dedicated to the care coordination of behavioral health members. You will supervise the team and the delivery of care management services, focusing on promoting quality and effectively addressing mental and behavioral health needs. This role involves managing day-to-day escalations and resolving care management issues for members and providers.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and review care management documentation to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and contractual agreements.
- Assign caseloads to care management staff based on state requirements, staff experience, and member needs.
- Work with senior management on escalated and complex behavioral health care cases and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Educate and provide resources for the care management team on key initiatives and member outreach.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback regarding performance, goals, and career milestones.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the care management team and providers to ensure high-quality care and information for members.
- Monitor and review reports regularly to ensure quality and productivity metrics are met, and perform regular staff audits.
- Assist with onboarding, hiring, and training care management team members.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree or graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN based on state contract requirements (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, RN with BH experience).
- Candidate must live in Mississippi.
