Lead the design and execution of talent acquisition projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Develop detailed work plans, track progress, and deliver timely updates to stakeholders while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
What You'll Do
- Drive project milestones by building and maintaining schedules, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring clear communication across teams.
- Identify obstacles in project workflows and propose actionable solutions, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to build alignment and support shared outcomes.
- Facilitate productive discussions that advance project goals and maintain forward progress.
- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover patterns, generate insights, and shape data-informed strategies.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results with minimal oversight, while seeking opportunities to grow project management capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience leading large-scale projects from initiation through execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for data management, reporting, and communication.
- Proven ability to conduct business analysis, including trend identification, insight development, and creating recommendations based on data.
- Experience preparing clear, concise reports and presentations for executive review.
