As a Recruitment Consultant, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, focusing on high-level scientific profiles. You'll collaborate closely with R&D leaders, HR executives, and company founders, understanding their strategic goals and identifying exceptional candidates who match both technical requirements and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new clients, from multinational corporations to specialized SMEs, building long-term advisory relationships
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and manage all stages of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding support
- Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring organizations, ensuring alignment of expectations and values
- Contribute to internal and client-facing HR research projects, delivering insights on talent trends and workforce strategy
- Support the development of recruitment frameworks and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- A master’s degree holder with a strong interest in human resources and talent dynamics
- Fluency in both English and French; Dutch language skills are an advantage
- Proven organizational strength, precision, and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and a consultative mindset
- Experience or familiarity with the Benelux professional landscape
