Responsibilities - Execute comprehensive recruitment for international roles across diverse industry sectors - Develop and nurture robust client relationships with national and international organisations - Leverage multiple candidate sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent networks - Perform thorough candidate screenings, conduct interviews, and manage complete offer processes - Partner closely with clients to comprehensively understand role specifications, organisational culture, and strategic hiring objectives - Skillfully negotiate terms with clients and candidates aligned with organisational protocols - Consistently achieve and surpass monthly performance and placement benchmarks - Maintain meticulous records utilizing advanced tracking and customer relationship management systems - Deliver strategic market insights and sophisticated hiring recommendations to clients Qualifications and Experience - Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including demonstrable international placement expertise - Verified track record within recruitment agency or consultancy environments - Comprehensive understanding of national and global hiring market dynamics - Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities - Highly self-motivated with proven ability to operate autonomously and consistently achieve key performance indicators - Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sophisticated recruitment technologies - Guaranteed access to reliable technological infrastructure including stable internet connection and professional computing equipment
