Remote Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant - German Speaking (Private Banking Sector). In this remote role based in South Africa, you will be a key part of a UK-based executive search firm, sourcing and engaging senior candidates across the DACH region.

What You'll Do

Source and screen 12–16 senior private bankers (VP level and above) per month for active mandates.
Identify and add 6–8 German-speaking candidates per month to the CRM with verified language proficiency and assets under management.
Conduct 10–15 structured candidate interviews monthly and maintain a candidate satisfaction score of ≥85%.
Maintain a candidate outreach response rate of ≥40% through platforms like LinkedIn, email, and phone.
Produce 2–3 market maps per quarter and deliver 1–2 market intelligence reports per month on hiring trends and team movements.
Contribute at least 70% of shortlisted candidates per mandate and ensure shortlist submission within 10 business days.
Support 1–2 cross-border placements quarterly within the DACH region.
Maintain high CRM data standards, with ≥95% profile accuracy and weekly candidate updates.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services recruitment.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly within senior-level roles.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with CRM tools and maintaining data integrity.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a fully functioning laptop.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
