Remote Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of industries. You’ll be sourcing top talent and navigating the nuances of international and UK markets, working remotely to support a fast-paced, performance-driven team.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for general roles across a range of industries
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Screen, interview, and shortlist high-quality candidates for UK-based clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Provide consultative support to clients, advising on talent trends and recruitment strategy
- Prepare and present candidate profiles and coordinate interviews
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping using applicant tracking systems
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines in a high-volume, remote-first environment
- Stay informed about UK market trends and recruitment best practices
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, either agency or in-house
- Proven experience recruiting for international or UK-based markets
- Comfortable working across a wide variety of generalist roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and achieve targets
- Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection
- Need to be available to start immediately
