- Build and sustain strong partnerships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Offer expert guidance to clients on workforce planning, talent insights, and hiring approaches
- Compile candidate summaries and schedule interview sessions
- Maintain precise and current records through applicant tracking software
- Achieve hiring goals and deadlines within a fast-paced, remote-working setting
- Keep current with employment market developments and effective recruitment methods in the UK
