Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth individual interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications, work history, and alignment with organizational talent benchmarks
- Develop and manage an internal database of skilled candidates across various positions and specialties to meet present and future hiring demands
- Review resumes, test results, and sample work to confirm alignment with established hiring standards and performance requirements
- Prepare candidates for referral to client-facing hiring teams by clearly communicating job duties, expectations, and necessary skills
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System, maintaining data quality throughout the hiring process
- Partner with Sourcing Specialists and Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants into the recruitment pipeline
- Analyze patterns in candidate performance and quality to improve screening methods and evaluation criteria
- Adhere to defined service level agreements and hiring timelines to support business operations and client delivery objectives
- Support recruitment process enhancements to improve efficiency, candidate engagement, and overall quality of hires
