Remote Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Assistant to focus on talent sourcing in the early childhood education sector. You will join a UK-based team dedicated to supporting our Australian clients.
What You'll Do
- Source and identify candidates for early childhood education roles across Australia.
- Manage and update recruitment systems (e.g., Loxo) to ensure accurate candidate information.
- Draft engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
- Format CVs/resumes to meet client standards and assist in pre-screening candidates.
- Proactively communicate with the team about potential candidates and make suggestions to improve sourcing efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment software and technology tools.
- Access to modern hardware (laptop/PC) and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work Australian hours (Queensland time zone).
