This role supports daily recruitment operations, executes essential marketing tasks, and provides key administrative support. What You'll Do
- Post job adverts across various platforms and track their performance
- Assist with sourcing and shortlisting candidates
- Conduct initial candidate pre-screening, including CV review and basic interview scheduling
- Support recruitment marketing efforts, including LinkedIn posts and content coordination
- Manage inboxes and coordinate calendars for key team members
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate tracking
- Provide general administrative support across recruitment operations
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or recruitment-related role
- Familiarity with basic recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and Google Workspace or MS Office
- A reliable internet connection and personal laptop are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
