About the Role
This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, building relationships with hiring managers, and improving the overall candidate journey while aligning with company values and growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring process from job posting to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Source qualified candidates through various channels
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling across time zones
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Enhance diversity and inclusion in recruitment strategies
- Improve candidate communication and experience
- Develop outreach strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Attend recruitment-related events and job fairs
- Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and report on metrics
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Promote employer branding through outreach
- Provide feedback to improve hiring workflows
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
- Collaborate with HR on employment equity initiatives
- Assist in refining job descriptions and postings
- Use data to guide decision-making in talent acquisition
