Responsibilities

  • Directly recruit candidates by sourcing, evaluating, and closing hires for technical and go-to-market positions
  • Develop repeatable and scalable recruiting processes, including structured interviews and scoring methods that remain effective as headcount grows significantly
  • Lead technical hiring efforts by understanding engineering requirements and accurately assessing candidate skill levels
  • Extend recruitment operations to sales, marketing, and operations roles once technical hiring is stable
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term hiring strategies and challenge misaligned role requirements
  • Hire and manage a team of recruiters, establishing performance standards and operational speed as the organization scales

  • Work hours are Monday through Friday, 5 AM to 8 PM. The schedule is demanding, the learning curve is sharp, and the environment favors those who excel under intensity.
