Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact to ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate large numbers of phone, video, in-person, and super day interviews across multiple departments
- Assist with managing background check procedures
- Operate within SuccessFactors as the primary applicant tracking system
- Contribute to special projects related to campus and early career hiring
- Handle logistical coordination for internal and external campus and early career events, including orientations and networking sessions
- Maintain tracking of recruitment metrics for hires and potential candidates
- Support programs aimed at emerging talent and other assigned initiatives
