Responsibilities

- Deliver a welcoming and positive candidate experience by responding to inquiries with care and professionalism.
- Enhance candidate engagement through personalized follow-ups, useful resources, and small, meaningful gestures.
- Orchestrate multi-stage interviews involving various team members, ensuring all parties are aligned and prepared.
- Keep hiring teams informed about interview timelines, candidate progress, and any changes to the recruitment workflow.
- Prepare proactively for interviews by securing rooms, distributing materials, and confirming necessary tools and documentation.
- Address scheduling conflicts and unexpected issues quickly to minimize delays and maintain momentum.
- Accurately track and maintain candidate data, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
- Assist in talent sourcing by identifying potential candidates, supporting outreach initiatives, and organizing pipeline information.
- Strengthen employer branding through thoughtful candidate interactions, such as virtual tours or welcome materials.
- Share feedback and suggestions for improving the recruitment process based on firsthand observations.
- Develop expertise in recruitment by learning each stage of the hiring lifecycle and refining communication and organizational abilities.
