The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the hiring lifecycle by ensuring data accuracy, timely follow-ups, and smooth coordination across teams. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of candidate records in the applicant tracking system and enabling efficient recruitment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the applicant tracking system up to date, ensuring candidate profiles, interview stages, and feedback are properly documented
- Review incoming applications and direct resumes to relevant hiring teams based on role requirements
- Follow up on pending interview evaluations to maintain hiring momentum
- Monitor hiring pipelines to identify bottlenecks or delays in the process
- Support interview logistics, including coordination and scheduling as needed
- Generate basic reports on recruitment metrics and team activity
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across hiring efforts
- Provide administrative assistance to the People team as required
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates currently pursuing studies in human resources, business, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational abilities, close attention to detail, and clear communication skills are essential. Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is expected. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable adapting to new tools and processes. Experience with Greenhouse or similar systems is beneficial but not required.

Work Environment
This is a fully remote, hourly position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. The organization uses Greenhouse, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides as core tools. Equipment necessary for the role is provided.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $25 to $27.
