Join Capgemini as an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant where you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR solutions for our clients. You will lead end-to-end implementations, collaborating with a diverse range of clients to transform their recruiting processes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and understand their business requirements.
- Advise on solution design and possibilities within the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
- Lead workshops to present proposed solutions.
- Translate business needs into efficient, configured HR processes.
- Configure the Recruiting module in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Support testing activities alongside the client and project team.
- Develop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users.
- Train clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement.
- Lead go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition.
- Foster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support.
- Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and proactively suggest enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution.
- Certification in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module is a must.
- Fluency in English, and Dutch or French is necessary.
