Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and outreach campaigns
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria
- Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Deliver a consistent and professional candidate experience
- Evaluate candidate feedback to improve recruitment practices
- Identify opportunities to enhance sourcing strategies
- Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity standards
- Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
- Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Stay current on industry hiring trends and best practices
- Conduct market research to understand talent availability
- Build talent pools for high-demand roles
- Communicate hiring updates to stakeholders promptly
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Promote inclusive hiring practices
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding coordination
- Assist in refining job descriptions based on market feedback
- Represent the organization at virtual career events
