RWJBarnabas Health is looking for a Recruiter to play a vital role within the Talent Acquisition & Innovation Center of Excellence. You will support the full lifecycle recruitment process across our system, driving strategies to meet hiring goals and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Focus on high-priority and hard-to-fill positions and tailoring your sourcing approach.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and guide hiring decisions.
- Build trust-based relationships with candidates and stakeholders across the system.
- Manage the offer process with confidence and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly and promptly to ensure a great experience for everyone involved.
- Use tools, technology, and social media to attract and engage talent.
- Support internal employees with transfers and career growth opportunities.
- Keep systems and reports accurate and up to date.
- Represent RWJBH at career fairs, professional organizations, and networking events.
What We're Looking For
- Proven and progressive recruitment experience.
- Recruitment experience in Corporate functions, Nursing or Allied Health.
- Previous experience working in recruiting, talent identification or research within a search firm.
- Adept at using a variety of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to source and engage talent.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in healthcare talent sourcing and/or recruiting is strongly preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
