We’re seeking a skilled Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition efforts in the media production and broadcast engineering space. This is a project-based, remote role averaging 20 hours per week, with flexibility built into the schedule. Success in this position can lead to expanded responsibilities and long-term collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles in media production and broadcast engineering, managing 10–15 active requisitions at any given time
- Identify and engage qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, HireEZ, Boolean search, and social platforms
- Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate technical fit, cultural alignment, and project-specific needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements and deliver actionable talent insights
- Guide offer processes, including compensation discussions and benefits explanations, to secure top candidates
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency across applicant tracking systems
- Deliver a respectful, transparent candidate experience from first contact through placement
- Contribute to recruitment marketing, employer branding, and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on technical media and production roles
- Proven track record placing candidates in broadcast engineering, live production, AV, and studio technical positions
- Familiarity with the broadcast media and live event landscape, including key job functions and skill sets
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, G Suite, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools like HireEZ
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with close attention to detail and communication clarity
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills
- Agency-side recruitment experience is highly preferred
- Experience with JobVite, Ashby, or Monday.com is a plus
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with variable scheduling, averaging 20 hours per week. You’ll work independently while staying closely aligned with internal teams. The ideal candidate is self-driven, proactive, and comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Growth
The hourly rate ranges from $40 to $55, depending on experience. There is strong potential to grow into a longer-term or expanded role based on performance. You’ll collaborate with a supportive, resourceful team that values clear communication, creativity, and a positive approach.
