As a Community Manager, you will lead the development of a thriving, engaged network centered around modern marketing technology and privacy-conscious practices. Your primary focus will be cultivating meaningful relationships with professionals who care about data integrity, analytics innovation, and the future of digital measurement.
What You’ll Do
- Grow and sustain an active community from the ground up, both digitally and in person
- Design and run events including webinars, workshops, meetups, and conference appearances
- Produce original content across formats—blogs, newsletters, social media, video, and live streams
- Represent the platform publicly with confidence, whether on camera, on stage, or in conversation
- Encourage thoughtful dialogue and ongoing participation across community channels
- Work closely with product and growth teams to turn user insights into tangible improvements
- Track engagement and community health, then refine strategies based on real data
- Keep pace with evolving trends in martech and bring fresh ideas to every initiative
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in launching and expanding communities
- Strong ability to create compelling content in writing, video, and live formats
- Comfortable and authentic in front of a camera or audience
- Excellent organizational skills, especially for managing multi-format events
- A creative, experimental mindset with a drive to test new approaches
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Genuine enthusiasm for connecting people and sparking authentic discussions
- Familiarity with the martech landscape is highly valued
