About the Role
The recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and enhancing candidate experience while aligning with company values and diversity goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions across multiple states in the Midwest.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and time-to-hire metrics.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and support diversity initiatives.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and outreach programs to build talent pipelines.
- Evaluate recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Advocate for employer branding through professional interactions and outreach.
- Manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
