Role: Recruiter – Midwest & Corporate As Ambient continues its expansion trajectory, we seek a talented professional to support our Midwestern subsidiaries and corporate recruitment efforts. This role involves critical talent acquisition for our regional companies (AirTech, Direct Air, Glacier, JAACO), covering diverse positions from administrative to technical roles. You will report to the National Manager of Recruiting while collaborating closely with local HR teams and business leaders to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. This presents an exciting opportunity to serve as a strategic talent partner, optimizing recruitment processes within a collaborative, nationwide talent acquisition team. Responsibilities: - Conduct full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Aftermarket, Finance, and IT domains - Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and make data-driven hiring decisions - Manage recruiting functions for multiple subsidiaries spanning various states/regions - Partner with local HR and broader Talent team on projects and system implementations - Develop a consistent, scalable candidate experience from initial contact to final selection - Utilize diverse recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and industry networking events - Perform comprehensive resume reviews and initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural alignment Requirements: - 5+ years recruiting experience, with preference for HVAC, manufacturing, or Construction background - Proficiency in Application Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse or Workday - Flexibility with CST or EST working hours - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail - Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team-oriented environments - Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and adapting in fast-paced settings Estimated Salary: $90,000 – $105,000, with compensation flexibility based on experience and skills.
