This is an independent role where you manage your own recruiting desk and client relationships while having the option to collaborate on shared searches. You'll leverage shared tools and team support without sacrificing your autonomy.
What You'll Do
- Manage your own recruiting desk and client relationships while having the option to collaborate on shared searches
- Partner with fellow recruiters to split roles, share candidates, and leverage each other's strengths
- Contribute ideas, best practices, and insights that make the whole team stronger
- Tap into shared recruiting technology, resources, and systems without carrying the overhead alone
- Build lasting relationships with peers who understand the entrepreneurial recruiter journey
