Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and marketing positions, from initial sourcing through offer management, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate journey.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to define staffing needs, shape search strategies, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
- Develop robust candidate pipelines by proactively identifying talent, engaging passive applicants, and applying innovative sourcing methods for diverse sales and marketing roles.
- Identify and implement improvements in recruiting workflows to enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and scalability of hiring operations.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships across teams to support a consistent, trustworthy, and high-performing hiring experience.
