Oura is hiring a Recruiter for a fixed-term engagement of 6 months, with the potential to extend to a year. In this role, you will specialize in full-cycle recruiting for our Supply Chain/Business Operations or Hardware/Core Technology domains. You will be a vital team member, collaborating with executives and hiring managers to drive critical hiring decisions, improve processes, and build diverse, high-performing teams while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage, drive, and own the full-cycle recruiting process for various business groups by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Continuously build a diverse talent pipeline using creative sourcing strategies and techniques, for both short and long-term needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into recruiting strategy and interview plans, reporting regularly on results.
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to support organizational design, targeted talent acquisition, and intentional internal mobility to promote career development.
- Act as an advocate for both the company and the candidate throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow-through for a great candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years (8+ for Senior level, determined during interview) of full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain or Hardware talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven experience closing senior-level candidates in Supply Chain or Hardware.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS, sourcing tools, and recommending process improvements.
- Ability to wear many hats, be a team player, and navigate ambiguity effectively.
- Demonstrated passion and drive while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- A proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers.
- Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a global team is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to tech or agency recruiting is preferred.
- Experience in implementing or using Green House ATS is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation ranges are: Region 1: $122,000 - $152,000, Region 2: $109,000 - $132,000, Region 3: $103,000 - $127,000. Pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role open to candidates in San Francisco, CA, San Diego, CA, Los Angeles, CA, or Remote on the West Coast with a preference for candidates near San Diego or San Francisco.
