Tilt is hiring a Recruiter, APAC to play a pivotal role in scaling our international business. You will partner directly with founders, GMs, and function heads to build world-class teams across our APAC subsidiaries, shaping the future of Tilt through strategic talent acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Partner with regional leaders to understand business needs and develop talent strategies aligned with Tilt’s international growth goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across engineering, product, data science, and credit in APAC markets.
- Drive senior-level and leadership recruitment initiatives critical to building our international business.
- Use data, networks, and creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in highly competitive markets.
- Develop and implement efficient, scalable recruiting processes and lead projects that elevate Tilt’s employer brand in the region.
- Ensure every candidate interaction reflects Tilt’s values and reinforces our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Work cross-functionally with the People team and leaders across multiple geographies to support organizational growth.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of talent acquisition experience recruiting for technical (engineering, product, data science) and business roles.
- Proven experience hiring across international APAC markets such as Singapore, Australia, India, and the Philippines.
- Strong understanding of local talent landscapes, employment laws, and cultural nuances.
- Experience operating independently in high-growth or startup environments with shifting priorities.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence and align diverse teams.
- Deep commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and promoting inclusivity.
