RWJBarnabas Health is hiring a Recruiter to support full lifecycle talent acquisition across our health system. This role within the Talent Acquisition & Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) is vital for meeting hiring goals by developing recruitment strategies, fostering trusted relationships, and ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
What You’ll Do
- Focus on high-priority and hard-to-fill positions, tailoring sourcing approaches.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and guide hiring decisions.
- Build trust-based relationships with candidates and stakeholders across the system.
- Manage the offer process with confidence and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly and promptly to ensure a great experience for all involved.
- Use tools, technology, and social media to attract and engage talent.
- Support internal employees with transfers and career growth opportunities.
- Keep systems and reports accurate and up to date.
- Represent RWJBH at career fairs, professional organizations, and networking events.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven and progressive recruitment experience.
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent identification, or research within a search firm.
- Recruitment experience in Corporate functions, Nursing, or Allied Health.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Previous experience in healthcare talent sourcing and/or recruiting.
- Adept at using a variety of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to source and engage talent.
