Braze is seeking a Recruiter to partner with ShopMy leadership, owning the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles within the Strategy & Operations function. You will build proactive talent pipelines and craft an outstanding candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Strategy & Operations roles from sourcing and screening to closing candidates.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels and build a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments.
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Deliver a top-notch, smooth, and positive experience for all candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with clear communication.
- Represent ShopMy’s values and mission during recruitment interactions.
- Contribute to employer branding, job descriptions, and recruitment marketing.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting for and successfully filling non-technical positions.
- Passion for providing exceptional candidate experience and promoting an inclusive hiring process.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with early-stage hiring challenges.
- Former experience recruiting within the creator economy/digital marketing space.

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. + equity: Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation.
