Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and position requirements.
- Actively seek and locate qualified candidates using job boards, professional associations, and networking platforms.
- Perform initial phone interviews and evaluations to gauge skills and alignment with company culture.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from first contact through final job offer.
- Ensure candidate data is accurately recorded and maintained in the applicant tracking system.
- Foster ongoing relationships with applicants, hiring teams, and outside recruitment partners.
- Monitor industry developments, compensation standards, and labor market dynamics specific to water and wastewater treatment roles.
