Tremendous is hiring a Recruiter to help build an exceptional team. You will own the end-to-end hiring process, learn every aspect of the recruiting lifecycle, and build our talent pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business roles
- Quickly develop an understanding of the talent landscape to source high-caliber candidates
- Conduct initial screens and coordinate interviews
- Partner with leaders to refine requirements and calibrate on ideal candidate profiles
- Understand funnel dynamics and manage sourcing volume to keep pipelines healthy
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of startup operating experience (recruiting, sales, ops, marketing, or other functions)
- Drive to learn and eagerness to become a talent market expert
- Analytical mindset
- Experience in fast-paced environments where you've had to figure things out
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfort picking up new recruiting software and tools as needed
- Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $100,000-$125,000, plus equity and benefits
