  • 2+ years in: Recruiting Talent Acquisition Staffing Headhunting
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting workflows
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as: Greenhouse Lever JazzHR iCIMS
  • Strong sourcing experience using: LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search Job boards
  • Excellent interview and candidate evaluation skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication

Nice to Have

  • Agency recruiting or high-volume recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring for: SaaS Finance Professional services Property management Operations roles
  • Knowledge of hiring compliance and employment practices
  • Experience scaling recruiting pipelines or managing recruiting operations
