Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit
- Manage communication throughout the interview process
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Provide updates to candidates at each stage
- Ensure a respectful and timely candidate experience
- Represent the company during outreach efforts
- Use job boards and professional networks to source applicants
- Evaluate resumes and applications for relevance
- Conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications
- Prepare interview feedback summaries
- Support onboarding for selected candidates
- Stay informed about industry hiring trends
- Promote inclusive hiring practices
- Track key recruitment metrics
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Assist with recruitment events and job fairs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Organized with close attention to detail
- Experience with technical or product hiring is a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive work style
- Skilled in building relationships quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- History of meeting or exceeding hiring targets
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Strong follow-up and time management skills
- Experience in a tech startup environment preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Ability to assess cultural fit objectively
- Track record of positive candidate feedback
