About the Role

The Recruiter will lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs, sourcing qualified candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates using various sourcing methods
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Support onboarding for successful candidates
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities
  • Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Represent the employer brand during candidate interactions
  • Coordinate interview logistics with team members
  • Provide market insights and talent trends to stakeholders
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions and professional groups
  • Assist in refining job descriptions and position postings
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Track and report on key recruitment KPIs
  • Support campus recruitment initiatives when applicable
  • Collaborate on employer branding strategies
