Shape the Future of Home Care Through People-Centered Recruitment

As a Recruiter, you’ll lead the full hiring journey for Care Professionals, guiding candidates from first contact through onboarding and beyond. Your role is central to building a reliable, compassionate workforce dedicated to delivering high-quality care in the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee every stage of recruitment—from outreach campaigns to final onboarding
  • Develop and run initiatives to attract qualified, motivated candidates
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess fit for both role and culture
  • Prepare digital personnel records and coordinate induction training for new hires
  • Conduct wellbeing check-ins during the early weeks of employment to support successful integration
  • Partner with the People Team to meet performance goals and improve hiring outcomes
  • Share authentic insights about the daily life of a Care Professional to build candidate trust and engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in people and natural ability to recognize potential
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, professional approach
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Background in social media outreach, training, or community engagement is a plus
