As a Recruiter, you’ll lead the full hiring journey for Care Professionals, guiding candidates from first contact through onboarding and beyond. Your role is central to building a reliable, compassionate workforce dedicated to delivering high-quality care in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee every stage of recruitment—from outreach campaigns to final onboarding
- Develop and run initiatives to attract qualified, motivated candidates
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess fit for both role and culture
- Prepare digital personnel records and coordinate induction training for new hires
- Conduct wellbeing check-ins during the early weeks of employment to support successful integration
- Partner with the People Team to meet performance goals and improve hiring outcomes
- Share authentic insights about the daily life of a Care Professional to build candidate trust and engagement

- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Background in social media outreach, training, or community engagement is a plus
