Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Source candidates using online platforms, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely updates to candidates.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and professionalism.
- Assist in drafting and negotiating offers, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
